Q: What can I expect from Florida Cracker Plumbing?
 
A: Your Customer Bill of Rights-  You, our valued customer, have a few needs above all else.  Our  seasoned plumbing technicians are well aware of this, and I think you'll agree.

• We  will communicate with you thoroughly.  A lack of communication leads to anarchy, which  is never a good thing.
• We will charge you reasonable rates, the lowest we can.  True enough, we have to eat, but we  realize that you have to eat, also.
• We will take care of you home and property.  There is nothing worse than a dirty, slovenly  plumber with no manners.

 
Q: What do you specialize in?
 
A: Anything and everything having to do with plumbing.  Just last week we fished Uncle Marvin's dentures out of the toilet.  Poor guy was so happy he popped them back into his mouth without sanitizing them first.  Seriously, whether you have clogged pipes, leaking pipes, a misbehaving toilet or a problem with pretty much anything that has water running through it, we'll fix you up. We know what we're doing.
 
Q: Can you give me a quote over the phone?
 
A: Sometimes yes, sometimes no.  It depends on the job.  However, our plumbers always provide a  free estimate.  If you want to get the work done, then we will get started.
 
Q: Where are you located at?
 
A: Wherever you are, we are.  We have shops everywhere. Our plumbers service areas they live in. They are dispatched from their house, so we are always right around the corner.  You probably have one of our plumbers in your subdivision.
 
Q: What about warranties and guarantees?
 
A: Typically among the longest in the industry. We stand behind our work.    
 
Q: What if I have a plumbing problem at 3:00 A.M?
 
A: We feel your pain, brother.  We won't make it worse by charging overtime charges.  No extra charges for nights, weekends, or holidays here. Never, ever.

Q: How quick can you get here?
 
A: Depends if you have a cold iced tea waiting for us. (just kidding).  We can usually get to your home or business in less than an hour, unless we are extraordinarily backed up.  Your plumbing  problem is more important to us than you know.
